NS-2484 - An ordinance of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Aha Amending Section 1-21.1 of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code relating to definitions <br /> <br />Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative <br />votes.) <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 02-053 Recognizing <br />$138,020.00 in Animal Shelter and Dog License revenue, and <br />appropriating same to the Police Department Animal Control <br />expenditure accounts to provide for City operated animal shelter <br />services <br /> <br />Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager <br />and Clerk of the Council to execute agreement. <br /> <br />AGMT NO. 2001-226 - Execute an agreement with William Larry Day, <br />building owner, to lease building space to operate an Animal Shelter <br />for one-year period with provision for one one-year renewal in an <br />amount not to exceed $89,400.00 <br /> <br />5.
