SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: <br />The following services shall be required but not limited to in the area of responsibility: <br />• Remove and replace trash bags in all City provided trash containers every 2 hours. <br />• Wipe down trash containers and spot clean City provided trash containers daily <br />• Wipe down and spot clean daily the City provided benches <br />• Wipe down and spot clean City light poles once a week <br />• Clean area surrounding dumpsters in all alleys every day. <br />• Clean and litter pick up the sidewalks and alleys in area of responsibility every <br />two hours <br />• Maintain all tree planters and landscape planters in area of responsibility free of <br />weeds and debris every two hours. <br />• Report any repair requirements in public right of way to Supervisor. <br />• Assist city staff with special maintenance related projects as required. <br />• Supervisor to provide daily/weekly reports detailing assignments and hours <br />• Provide other maintenance services as requested by contract administrator. <br />EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES: <br />CONTRACTOR shall provide all tools and equipment to do the litter <br />maintenance service. CONTRACTOR shall provide all disposable products <br />including trash bags, cleaning products, grafitti remover, rags, etc. <br />Mal V) :13 Q <br />Employees shall wear uniforms and ID clearly identifying them as the Downtown <br />Maintenance Crew. <br />REPLACEMENT PERSONNEL: <br />If an employee calls in sick, CONTRACTOR shall provide a replacement person <br />within 2 hours of the daily start time. <br />
