ARTICLE XVII <br />17.0 CONTROLLED PARKING AND TAKE HOME VEHICLE PRIVILEGES <br />17.1 Parkin. The City shall provide non-sworn employees covered by this Agreement with free <br />parking for personal vehicles during on-duty hours in controlled parking facilities in the <br />Civic Center area. <br />17.2 Take Home Vehicle. All employees in the classifications of Police Captain and Police <br />Lieutenant shall receive aCity-owned and maintained vehicle for traveling between the <br />employee's residence and the Police Department or other business-related location, as <br />necessary in the performance of his or her duties. <br />45 <br />
