HARBOR BOULEVARD, SEGERSTROM AVENUE AND EDINGER <br />AVENUE TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT (PROJECT NOS. 06-1719, 06-1720 <br />AND 06-1721) <br /> <br />Recommended Action: <br /> <br />1. Award a contract to Freeway Electric, the lowest responsible <br />bidder, in accordance with unit bid prices in the estimated amount <br />of $352,000 for traffic management on Harbor Boulevard, <br />Segerstrom Avenue and Edinger Avenue. <br /> <br />2. Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction <br />cost of $439,900. <br /> <br />23.B. ADAPTIVE DOWNTOWN TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM PHASE IV <br />(PROJECT NO. 06-1722) <br /> <br />Recommended Action: <br /> <br />1. Award a contract to Christopher R. Morales, Inc., the lowest <br />responsible bidder, in accordance with unit bid prices in the <br />estimated amount of $329,000 for Adaptive Downtown Traffic <br />Signal System Phase IV (Project No. 06-1722) <br /> <br />2. Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction <br />cost of $412,000. <br /> <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />Recommended Action: <br /> <br />Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager and <br />Clerk of the Council to execute agreements. (Items 25.A. through 25.I.) <br /> <br />25.A.
