CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />1. Award a contract to Sequel Contractors, Inc. the lowest <br /> responsible bidder, in accordance with unit bid prices in an <br /> estimated amount of $2,395,758.50 for construction of the <br /> Cornerstone Village Improvements and the Minnie Street Water <br /> Main Improvements. <br /> <br />2. Authorize a payment to Southern California Edison in the amount <br /> of $12,092.62 for Edison's direct costs required to underground <br /> existing overhead electrical lines along Minnie Street. <br /> <br />3. Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction <br /> cost of $2,928,100.00 <br /> <br />Mayor Pulido abstained on Item 23.B. <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager <br />and Clerk of the Council to execute agreements.
