<br />N-2006-034_0 1 <br /> <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO <br />CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT is entered into on <br />/ rR-Jl ,2006, between Gil Aldaz, an individual (hereinafter <br />"Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized <br />and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City"). <br /> <br />Recitals: <br /> <br />A. The parties entered into a Consultant Agreement N-2006-034 dated February 7, 2006, <br />hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement" by which Consultant provides gymnastics <br />instruction. <br /> <br />B. Due to a continued need for Consultant's services, the parties wish to extend the term of <br />said Agreement. <br /> <br />Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all <br />the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment <br />to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. Paragraph 3, TERM of said Agreement shall be amended to extend the Term to June 30, <br />2007. <br /> <br />2.
