HEALY, Clerk of the Council <br />OPEN SESSION <br />Pursuant to Section 54954.2(b) of the California Government Code, the Council may <br />consider matters not appearing on the posted agenda if the Council finds that (1) an <br />emergency condition exists that prevents waiting until the next meeting, and (2) the <br />need to take action became known to the City after the posting of the agenda. <br />The City Attorney advised the City Council that he received a copy of a lawsuit filed by <br />Mark Lehman of Lehman Construction Co. challenging the legality of the Children's Zoo <br />Construction Management Agreement with Griffin Structures and Roger Torriero.
