PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br /> <br />DESIGNATED CONSTRUCTION PROJECT(S) <br />GENERAL AGGREGATE LIMIT <br /> <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br /> <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />SCHEDULE <br /> <br />Designated CoDSt:ruction Projects: <br /> <br />ALL PROJECTS <br /> <br />(If no enlry appears above, information required to complete this endorsement will be shown in the Declarations as applicable <br />to this endorsemeDt) <br /> <br />A. For all sums which the insured becomes legally <br />obligated to pay as damages callSed by 'oecor- <br />rences' lIIlller COVERAGE A (SECTION 1), and <br />for all mediC3! eJ.:penSes cansed by accidents under <br />COVERAGE C (SECTION I), wllich can be att- <br />ributed only to ongoing operations at a single des- <br />ignated coDSt:ruction project shown in the Schednle <br />above: <br /> <br />1. A separate Designated Construction Project <br />General Aggregate Limit applies to each des- <br />ignated construction ~oject, and that 1imit is <br />equal to the amount of the General Aggregate <br />Limit shown in the Declarations. <br /> <br />2. The Designated Constrnction Project General <br />Aggregate Limit is the most we will pay for the <br />sum of all damages lIIlller COVERAGE A, ox- <br />cept damages because of "bodily injury' or <br />'property damage' inclnded in the "prodncts- <br />completed operations hazard', and for mediC3! <br />expenses under COVERAGE C regardless of <br />the number of: <br /> <br />a. Insureds; <br /> <br />b. Oaims made or "suits' brought; or <br /> <br />c. Persons or organizations making claims or <br />bringing "suits". <br /> <br />3. Pu1y payments made under COVERAGE A for <br />damages or under COVERAGE C for medical <br />expenses shall reduce the Designated Con- <br />slmction Project General Aggregate Limit for <br />iliat designated construction project. Such pay- <br />ments shlill not reduce the General Aggregate <br />Limit shown in the Declarations nor sball they <br />reduce any other Designated Construction Pro- <br />ject ,General Aggregate Limit for any other <br /> <br />d~.;g1'.ted construction project shown in the <br />Schedule above. <br /> <br />4. The limits shown in the Declarations for Each <br />Occnrrence, F....e Damage and MediC3! Ex- <br />pense continue to apply. However, instead of <br />being subject to the General Aggregate Limit <br />shown in the Declarations, suclL limits will be <br />,subject to the applicable Designated Constrnc- <br />tion Project General Aggregate Limit. <br /> <br />B. For all sums wllich the insured becomes legally <br />obligated to pay as damages cansed by 'occur- <br />rences" under COVERAGE A (SECTION 1), and <br />for all mediC3! expenses caused by accidents under <br />COVERAGE C (SECTION 1), which cannot be <br />attributed only to ongoing operations at a single <br />designated constrnction project shown in the Sched- <br />nIe above: <br /> <br />1. Any payments made under COVERAGE A for <br />damages or lIDder COVERAGE C for mediC3! <br />expenses sball reduce the amount available un- <br />der the General Aggregate Limit or the Prod- <br />lIcts-Completed Operations Aggregate Limit, <br />whichever is applicable; and <br /> <br />2. Such payments shall not reduce any Designated <br />CoDSt:ruction Project General Aggregate Limit. <br /> <br />e.
