DESIGNATED CONSTRUCTION PROJECT(S) GENERAL AGGREGATE LIMIT This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART SCHEDULE Designated CoDSt:ruction Projects: ALL PROJECTS (If no enlry appears above, information required to complete this endorsement will be shown in the Declarations as applicable to this endorsemeDt) A. For all sums which the insured becomes legally obligated to pay as damages callSed by 'oecor- rences' lIIlller COVERAGE A (SECTION 1), and for all mediC3! eJ.:penSes cansed by accidents under COVERAGE C (SECTION I), wllich can be att- ributed only to ongoing operations at a single des- ignated coDSt:ruction project shown in the Schednle above: 1. A separate Designated Construction Project General Aggregate Limit applies to each des- ignated construction ~oject, and that 1imit is equal to the amount of the General Aggregate Limit shown in the Declarations. 2. The Designated Constrnction Project General Aggregate Limit is the most we will pay for the sum of all damages lIIlller COVERAGE A, ox- cept damages because of "bodily injury' or 'property damage' inclnded in the "prodncts- completed operations hazard', and for mediC3! expenses under COVERAGE C regardless of the number of: a. Insureds; b. Oaims made or "suits' brought; or c. Persons or organizations making claims or bringing "suits". 3. Pu1y payments made under COVERAGE A for damages or under COVERAGE C for medical expenses shall reduce the Designated Con- slmction Project General Aggregate Limit for iliat designated construction project. Such pay- ments shlill not reduce the General Aggregate Limit shown in the Declarations nor sball they reduce any other Designated Construction Pro- ject ,General Aggregate Limit for any other d~.;g1'.ted construction project shown in the Schedule above. 4. The limits shown in the Declarations for Each Occnrrence, F....e Damage and MediC3! Ex- pense continue to apply. However, instead of being subject to the General Aggregate Limit shown in the Declarations, suclL limits will be ,subject to the applicable Designated Constrnc- tion Project General Aggregate Limit. B. For all sums wllich the insured becomes legally obligated to pay as damages cansed by 'occur- rences" under COVERAGE A (SECTION 1), and for all mediC3! expenses caused by accidents under COVERAGE C (SECTION 1), which cannot be attributed only to ongoing operations at a single designated constrnction project shown in the Sched- nIe above: 1. Any payments made under COVERAGE A for damages or lIDder COVERAGE C for mediC3! expenses sball reduce the amount available un- der the General Aggregate Limit or the Prod- lIcts-Completed Operations Aggregate Limit, whichever is applicable; and 2. Such payments shall not reduce any Designated CoDSt:ruction Project General Aggregate Limit. e.
