Councilmember Bist stated that she <br />supported the ordinance however would like the requirement of a <br />minimum separation of fifty feet street frontage removed. <br />Councilmembers also expressed interest in adding language that would <br />require the rides to be operational, and would require vendors to provide a <br />telephone number to contact in the event of maintenance problems. <br />Councilmember Bist moved, seconded by Councilmember Christy, that <br />the ordinance be adopted as amended to address the concerns raised by <br />members. Mayor Pulido moved, seconded by Councilmember Franklin, <br />that the matter be continued two weeks.
