C-2-0784 <br />BETWEEN <br />ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY <br />AND <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AND <br />THE VIETNAMESE COMMUNITY OF ORANGE COUNTY, INC. <br />FOR SENIOR MOBILITY PROGRAM ..rVt <br />THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 is made and entered into this 21 day of <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />1 <br />2 <br />3 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />5 <br />6 <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />10 <br />11 <br /> <br />2007 by and between the Orange County Transportation Authority ("AUTHORI <br /> <br />), the City of Santa <br /> <br />12 Ana ("CITY"), and the Vietnamese Community of Orange County, ("VNCOC"). <br />13 WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />14 WHEREAS, by Agreement No. C-2-0784 dated June 17, 2002, AUTHORITY, CITY, and VNCOC <br /> <br />15 entered into a cooperative agreement to participate in a senior mobility program for senior transportation; <br /> <br />16 and <br /> <br />17 WHEREAS, AUTHORITY, CITY, and VNCOC agree to exercise the option to extend the term of <br />18 the Agreement and to continue funding as specified in Exhibit S, ent~led "Projected Funding Levels" as <br />19 set forth in the Agreement; <br />20 NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually understood and agreed by AUTHORITY, CITY, and VNCOC <br />21 that Agreement No. C-2-0784 is hereby amended in the following particulars only: <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Amend ARTICLE 5.
