California's Grant Guide for Local Government WWW.ocs.ca.gov <br /> <br />Grant recipients should begin utilizing the National Incidcnt Management <br />System (NIMS) concepts, principles, terminology, and tcchnologies, as thcy <br />are made available by DHS.
