& Networking Services <br />Local Area Network (LAN) Specialist — <br />Microsoft Windows XP /2000 Domains <br />Duties <br />Education/Certification <br />Work Experience /Skills /Knowledge /Abilities <br />Other <br />• Manage Windows XP /2000 client/server <br />environment. <br />• Manage user account, security policies, and email <br />accounts. <br />• Install and configure server hardware and software. <br />• Backup and restore data from various sources, <br />including user files, SQL and Exchange. <br />Formal training courses in Microsoft Windows <br />XP 12000 /2003, Exchange Server, ISA are desirable. <br />At least two years of work with Microsoft networks <br />and domains in a LAN environment with 100 or <br />more nodes. <br />At least two years of hands -on experience <br />maintaining an Exchange Server environment of <br />100 or more users. <br />Experience managing any of the industry leading <br />ant -spam /anti -virus products. <br />• Must have a valid Class C Driver's license. <br />• Manual dexterity to manipulate tools, test equipment, <br />electronic devices, computers and keyboards. <br />• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 <br />pounds. <br />• Ability to read printed documentation and computer <br />screens. <br />• Ability to recognize and respond to alarm sounds and <br />equipment generated signals. <br />• May have to undergo background investigation by <br />Santa Ana Police Department. <br />
