Programmer Analyst <br />Guess Inc., June 1996 to December 1996 <br />Development team member for workflow system used by 4 <br />departments to store and share data. Implemented with VB 4.0, SQL <br />Server 6.x, ODBC and Crystal Reports. Workflow system is used for <br />product development, data analysis and reporting. Responsible for <br />maintaining existing code and working with users on resolving issues. <br />Worked with IT managers on requirements for updates and new <br />features. Worked with development team on regression testing of new <br />code. <br />Software Engineer <br />Banksoft, April 1995 to April 1996 <br />Co- developed voice - processing system that streamlines call <br />routing. Implemented with VB 3/4, Access, Microsoft TAPI, Stylus <br />telephony software and Dialogic hardware. Voice system is fully <br />automated and customizable. Project lead on system administration <br />components and UI modules. Developed portions of server -side code. <br />Responsible for design, documentation, implementation and <br />maintenance. Performed stress and performance testing. Worked with <br />IT director on requirements and features. R&D on telephony software <br />and hardware. Worked with clients on resolving issues. <br />Software Engineer (part-time) <br />Los Angeles Unified School District, August 1993 to April 1995 <br />Created teaching aids for high school physics classes. <br />Implemented using Borland Object Pascal 7. Developed 6 modules, <br />each focusing on a fundamental physics topic. Most modules were <br />interactive and used animation. Responsible for design, documentation, <br />implementation and testing. Worked with teachers on features and <br />correctness of material.
