ParkinQ Structure <br /> <br />Project Description (type of Construction, levels, etc.): This 150 - bed inpatient care facilitv is a 3 stOry <br /> <br />252,000 s.f. buildinq with a structural steel frame and an exterior of GFRC panels. The Central <br /> <br />Plant is a two stOry buildinq with a precast concrete panel exterior. The 27.422 square foot facilitv <br /> <br />has a 5,600 ton coolinQ capacity, 96.000 IbsJhr steam output, 4,000 kW emerQencv power and a <br /> <br />hvbrid plant with 2 staQe absorption as well as electric chillers. Built in conjunction with the $50 <br /> <br />million JacQueline Perry Institute, and Central Plant, the 5-level post tensioned parkinq structure <br /> <br />also houses the hospital's police station. <br /> <br />Scope of Services (type of inspection and/or testing): <br /> <br />United provided inspection of concrete, masonry, <br /> <br />fireproofinq, structural steel (shop and field), and GFRC panels.
