WORK STATEMENT AND QUALITY CONTROL PLAN <br />Merchant's landscapes methodology and technical approach to this Contract will be a <br />follows. <br />1) Prior to start of contract, Merchants will bring to the cities attention any <br />outstanding deficient conditions in the form of a punch list. This list will include <br />irrigation, weeds, plant health problems and any condition not in compliance <br />with the Contract we are accepting. The Branch and Area manager will be <br />involved in this report. <br />2) Merchants will train staff to the specifications detail in each item of our new <br />contract. This will cover proper trimming, mowing, traffic safety, trash pick up, <br />etc to assure a smooth start and future with the city. <br />-3) Merchants will review our initial schedule attached in this contract with the <br />inspector to maximize efficiency._____ <br />4) DailyMeekly meeting at the convenience of the inspector will be set up by the <br />area manager to track all proposed and completed work. <br />5) Irrigation staff will perform system checks and repairs weekly and notify the <br />city of all work performed. <br />6) Our quality control program will be performed by the area manger and turned <br />into the city inspector at his request. We have attached a copy and the <br />standards for this program in this proposal for your review. <br />7) Additionally, monthly meetings with the Branch Manager will be held to assure <br />the level of service is consistent with the contract and any issues are <br />addressed. <br />
