STATEMENT OF PRIOR EXPERIENCE <br />Ball Field Maintenance Clients/References <br />The following is the list of clients that have engaged MLS for specific ball field services. The <br />services provided to each client are described below along with the approximate annual value ofeach <br />contract. References are listed by size and scope of contract. MLS encourages prospective clients <br />to contact any or all of these references for background purposes. Seven of the fields are 60'-70' <br />radius with turfinside thebase lines and eleven (11) fields are skinned, multi -use diamonds with 60'- <br />90' base paths. MLS divides Irvine into two districts and performs the services with two (2) Tractor <br />Operators every day and the Area Lead also supplements the regular crew when the City orders <br />additional work on fields that are not included in the standard 18 field routine. MLS provides three <br />(3) John Deere 1200 Ball Field Conditioners, two Mc Lane gas powered edgers, all necessary hand <br />tools and hoses, along with laser leveling services using two (2) Kubota Tractors (25 and 40 hsp, see <br />the "Equipment List") outfitted with 3 point grading system and a dual cone laser. MLS has also <br />developed an innovative perimeter edge renovation system using a 25" Tru Cut reel mower and a <br />walk behind de -thatcher to keep the turf borders healthy and free of infield mix buildup. Additional <br />services include batter's box and mound maintenance, repair and construction, as well as field fixture <br />removal and replacement. <br />Approximate Annual Contract Value: $113,325.00 <br />Page 1 <br />
