Selvices covered by <br />the fee include repair and replacement of sewer mains and lateral'i located within the street right of '....ay. The fee is <br />also used to fund ongoing maintenance and cleaning of the sewer maim. The proposed increase is a $0.05 increase <br />per 100 cubic feet of water used. TIle typical bi-momhly residential c..ewer bill ,,,'ill increase by $2.00. <br /> <br />For single family residential customers (hat do lIOt receIve water service from the City. a flat rate based upon 20 CeF <br />of water nsage is charged. Each <br /> <br />Transmissiorl/debif <br /> <br />53.30 <br /> <br />The Electronic Fund Trauc..fer Fee is. a convenience fee established to offset the cost of implementation ~nd use of <br />e-Stlltemellt/on-l:ille bill payment This fee was originally adopted thm re~olutioll 2007-010 for the exclusive use of <br />debit card on-line transactions. \V1tile the fee does not completely recapture all costs. the convenience to customers <br />proposing: to utilize this service and the widespread availability among utility customers justifies absorbing the <br />balance oftransactiou costs, <br /> <br />CUlTelltly the City has two sepamte convenience fees for the processing of debit &. credit transactions.
