EXHIBIT A -3 <br />HE SANTA ANA CORPORATE YARD <br />The Santa Ana Corporate Yard is located at 215 S. Center Street, <br />Santa Ana CA 92703. The Corporate Yard covers 12 acres <br />between First Street on the north edge, Daisy Avenue on the east, <br />Chestnut Ave on the south and Center Street on the west side. The <br />property includes several office buildings, a Central Stores <br />warehouse, a Fleet Maintenance 2 -story garage and a single story <br />vehicle parking structure backed up to Chestnut Ave. The entire <br />property is walled with 3 security gate entrances. The property <br />houses a variety of the City's vehicle fleet including street sweepers, <br />large trucks and standard sedans. Additionally the yard serves as a <br />fuel filling location for City vehicles with underground storage tanks of <br />both diesel and unleaded fuel. Security guard service is required for <br />the evening hours and the weekends during the regular non - working <br />hours of the City staff at the Corporate Yard. <br />PURPOSE <br />To provide the Santa Ana Corporate Yard with after hour security guard service to <br />monitor the security of the equipment, buildings and general property. A guard station <br />located at the Center Street south entrance equipped with a closed circuit TV provides <br />visual monitoring of the yard area. <br />HOURS OF CORPORATE YARD OPERATION <br />Monday — Friday 6 a.m. — 6.00 p.m. <br />OBSERVED HOLIDAYS: The following 11 holidays are observed at the City of Santa <br />Ana and require full security guard coverage for 24 hours. <br />New Year's Day in January <br />Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday in January <br />President's Day in February <br />Memorial Day in May <br />Independence Day in July <br />Labor Day in September <br />Veteran's Day in November <br />Thanksgiving and the Friday following in November <br />Christmas and the last working day before the holiday in December <br />In <br />
