I <br />a <br />P4 <br />of <br />F4 <br />Separate bid per Addendum Number 1 <br />Santa Ana Police Station <br />Frequency and Scone of Work <br />In addition to the Civic Center's regular cleaning, which encompasses the parameter <br />sidewalk concrete of the Santa Ana police Station, the steps and exterior walkways in <br />front of the Police Station are to be cleaned one time every month. <br />The area involved is the exterior steps leading to the front door and handicapped ramps <br />up to the footprint of the building. These are to be cleaned one time every month using <br />hot water pressure washing. We will remove all dirt, gum debris and foreign material <br />from the surface of the concrete. <br />Service will be provided between the hours of 6:OOpm. and 7:00 am. as to not disrupt the <br />flow of pedestrian traffic. All run-off water will be captured and contained before <br />entering any storm drains and either recycled or hauled off site for proper disposal. <br />Safety signage will be in place at the time of our cleaning and removed upon completion. <br />Any free standing water puddles will be removed upon completion and the area will be <br />reopened after it is completely dry. <br />Frequency of Service <br />One time every month. <br />Name of Contractor <br />Signed <br />Representative An Name / Title <br />Amount <br />$255 per Month <br />ar L9� Loo7 <br />Date <br />
