<br />Residential Street Repair Strateav <br />Jim Ross briefly talked about the strategy the City is considering for residential <br />street repair. This includes spending $100 million over five years. He provided <br />the Committee with a DRAFT summary of the strategy. <br />The Committee requested a presentation on new technology for preventive <br />maintenance and reconstruction. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Alvarez requested a list of the five year residential repair plan <br />previously provided. <br />Jim Ross informed the Committee that the financing team for the bonds will be <br />taken to City Council in August 2007.
