Adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment No. 2007-02. <br />2. Adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2007-03. <br />3. Adopt an ordinance approving Ordinance Amendment No. 2007-01. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On June 11, 2007, the Planning Commission recommended that the City <br />Council adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment No. 2007-02, <br />adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2007-03, and <br />adopt an ordinance approving Ordinance Amendment No. 2007-01 by a vote of <br />5:0 (Betancourt, De La Torre absent) to adopt standards for non- <br />residential condominiums within Chapter 34 and Chapter 41 of the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code and to amend various elements of the General Plan. <br />Since the approval of the ordinance by the Planning Commission several <br />changes were made to the ordinance to address the concerns of affected <br />property owners.
