TOBACCO FREE COMMUNITIES PROGRAM GRANT FUNDS <br />Motion: 1. Adopt resolution. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-033 - A resolution of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana to authorize the Chief of Police and the Executive <br />Director of Parks, Recreation and Community Services to execute a <br />grant award agreement with Orange County On Track <br />2. Approve appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative <br />votes.) <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 02-192 - Accepting and <br />appropriating the Tobacco Free Communities program grant funds in <br />the amount of $50,000.00 - Police Department and Parks, Recreation, <br />and Community Services Agency <br />20.D. APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT AND AGREEMENTS WITH <br />MOTOROLA CORPORATION AND THE COUNTY OF ORANGE FOR <br />800 MHZ EQUIPMENT <br />Motion: 1.
