<br />d. A description of: <br />. Overall qualifications of the Proposer and experience and ability to provide <br />temporary technical contract service personnel and/or consulting services. <br />. Any unique qualifications and experience which distinguish Proposer's ability to <br />provide temporary technical staffing and/or consulting. <br /> <br />e. A confirmation of the Proposer's willingness and capability to agree to and to follow the <br />terms and processes outlined in this RFP and resulting agreement including all <br />administrative and billing procedures of the City. <br /> <br />f. Any other information the Proposer feels is relevant in helping the City gauge the <br />Proposer's business stability. <br /> <br />g. A sample (no more than three) of the style of resumes which the Proposer uses and <br />would provide to the City. This will allow the City to assess the readability of the formats <br />and the usefulness of contents of the resumes the City could expect from the Proposer. <br />This is not to rate potential candidates. <br /> <br />h. Identification of the types of technical specialties for which the Proposer provides <br />contract temporary placements or consulting services. <br /> <br />i. Any unique qualifications and/or experience which distinguish the Proposer's ability to <br />provide temporary personnel or consulting services in the various technical <br />fields/specialties. <br /> <br />For example, a Proposer may have the ability to provide emergency placements within <br />24 hours, to conduct technical qualifying testing, to use highly-qualified technical <br />screeners to evaluate and rate candidates' skills, to employ special techniques to track <br />a placed contractor's performance or to provide on-call candidates for specialized <br />technical needs, etc. These are examples only and not mandatory services or <br />qualifications. <br /> <br />j. A description of Proposer's methods used: <br />. To identify potential candidates. <br />. To screen candidates and to match their qualifications against the requirements of a <br />City job assignment. <br />. To assess and confirm candidate's technical skills/knowledge, experience, work <br />habits, interpersonal skills, etc. <br />. To establish candidate availability with respect to the project schedule of the City <br />assignment. <br /> <br />k. A description of the quality (as opposed to quantity) of the candidates within a job <br />assignment (e.g. City seeks senior network engineer) that the Proposer can provide. <br /> <br />I. An explanation of any training opportunities made available by the Proposer for technical <br />personnel engaged with the City. <br />. Explain any effort the Proposer takes to ensure that the technical knowledge and <br />skills of its staff engaged with the City are maintained and refreshed during long term <br />engagements with the City. <br /> <br />March 2007 <br /> <br />17 <br />
