<br />A clear description of the job title is encouraged to ensure that the evaluation team can <br />understand the service being proposed. <br /> <br />Any other related charges that a Proposer would bill the City must be identified and <br />explained. <br /> <br />d. Proposed Payrolling Percentage Markup <br /> <br />In situations where a candidate temporary person is identified by the City and is not a <br />resource or a recruit of the Vendor, a separate "payrolling percentage markup" is <br />applied in lieu of the regular agreed upon percentage markup. <br /> <br />In their price proposal, the Proposer is asked to provide a payrolling percentage <br />markup. <br /> <br />A Proposer does NOT have to propose to provide 'payrolling' services.
