Vendor Training <br />We provide the opportunity for our consultants to attend vendor training throughout the year <br />including special events from Microsoft and Business Objects. In addition, we provide access to <br />a number of online training courses including the full Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer <br />(2003) training suite. <br />Lab Environment <br />SoftMaster maintains a full lab environment in our Irvine office for training, experimenting, and <br />self learning. This includes Windows, Linux, and Unix environments, Oracle, SQL /Server, and <br />MySgl database environments, as well as Visual Studio (C #, VB.Net, Asp.Net) and Java <br />development environments. These lab environments are available both onsite and through <br />remote access /VPN for learning 24 hours a day. <br />Mentoring <br />SoftMaster also promotes sharing of information between our consultants. We provide a forum <br />where consultants with expertise can assist or mentor other consultants. In addition, we have <br />developed a number of in -house training courses, and conduct these courses throughout the <br />year. We have developed a unique "Anyone, Anywhere, Anytime" training system that allows <br />us to connect our consultants around the globe to share information, insights, and experience <br />with each other. We have successfully used this to simultaneously present interactive, internal <br />training programs to our employees in disparate geographic locations. <br />Retention Programs (ref. section 2.2.m) <br />SoftMaster has been very successful in attracting and retaining high quality employees. Many of <br />our consultants have been on long -term contracts with us for 5 or more years.
