A-2007-148 THIRD AMENDMENT TO CONSULT ANT AGREEMENT RECITALS: A. The parties entered into Agreement A-2005-041, dated March I, 2005, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has human resources and payroll consulting servIces. B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to renew said Agreement for an additional one-year period and to increase the compensation to pay for services during the extended term. \ WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Third Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 2.a, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation by $100,000 for a total not to exceed amount of $315, 000.00 during the term of said Agreement. 2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the termination date through June 30, 2008.
