Agreement for Police DetpSYtment �qw <br />Inmate Food Services <br />January 16, 2007 <br />Page 2 <br />The Police Department staff recommends Keefe Commissary Services, for the <br />inmate commissary services portion of the jail food services program. <br />Keefe Commissary is the nation's leading corrections commissary. Estimated <br />annual revenue for this program is $160,000. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds for the Aramark food services agreement are available in the Police <br />Department, Jail Contractual Services Account (account no. 011 - 349 - 6291). <br />The Keefe commissary services agreement will be paid from the Inmate <br />Commissary Trust Fund (account no. 98 -01- 3611 -349), which is derived from <br />inmate deposits. Commission revenues will be deposited into the Inmate <br />Recovery Account (account no. 23 -01 -5799 -349). <br />Paul M.
