May 23 06 09:36a Santa Rna Polioe Dept <br />,,:~ <br />„i ~C~~~~000MCII- <br />Statement of Work <br />,.. <br />OnSite Infrasfilcture Response <br />714 245 8098 p.2 <br />~-- A-2002-038 <br />,^ J MOTOROLA <br />I.0 Description of Service <br />~~. <br />OnSite Infiashucttrre Response provides for on-site techrucian Response as detemtined by pre-defined <br />severity levels set forth in Table C and Response times set forth in Table A-1 in order to Restore the System. <br />The terms aad conditions of this Statement of Work(SOW) are an integral pari of the Motorola Service <br />Agreement or other applicable Agreement to which it is attached and made a part thereof by this reference. <br />If there are any incoasistencieshetween the provisions of Luis SOW and the provisions of the Service or <br />other applicable Agreement, the provisions of this SOW shall prevail. <br />2.0 Motorola has the following respomibilities: <br />2, i If Motorola is providing Techr:ical Support service (via an additional Statement of Work) in addition <br />to rids OnSite Infrashvcnme Response service, Motorola will first respond in accordance with <br />Tedmical Support service Statement of Work and Table B herein, unless required [o Respond <br />otherwiu in the Communications System Agreerra:nt or other applicable Agreement.
