CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />25.B. <br /> <br />AGMT NO. 2002-143 - PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES - Amend the <br />agreement with Dr. Eric Gruver for psychological services in an amount <br />not to exceed $40,000.00 - Police Department <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />Councilmember Bist requested that the design plans for the proposed <br />parking structure be reviewed by the City Council once completed. <br /> <br />Approve and certify a Negative Declaration for the construction of <br />the new City Hall parking structure and demolition of existing <br />juvenile detention center. <br /> <br />2. Approve appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative <br /> votes.) <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 03-002 - Accepting funds in the <br />amount of $2,600,000.00 from revenue account and appropriate same <br />to the expenditure account to fund the project <br /> <br />3.
