We understand <br />that the City is seeking to create -a list of qualified "as- needed" California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) consultants for a <br />range of Public and/or Private Projects located throughout the City. <br />CAA is uniquely qualified and well known for our ability to prepare necessary planning <br />and environmental documentation, and our aptitude to organize, manage and implement <br />large scale planning projects. CAA is widely recognized as an environmental firm that <br />offers the highest level of technical expertise and a diverse professional capability. CAA <br />excels in advising public agencies on matters pertaining to CEQA, NEPA and associated <br />planning services. Our firm offers over 26 years of continuous experience in the process <br />of timely and cost efficient environmental impact documents. <br />CAA and its owners and principals, as listed in the enclosed SOQ, are the only interested <br />parties to this proposal. This proposal is made without collusion with any other person, <br />persons, company or parties submitting a proposal. It is in all respects fair and in good <br />faith without collusion or fraud and the signer of the proposal has full authority to bind <br />CAA and its principals. <br />In 2005, CAA was privileged to work with the City of Santa Ana on a major project that <br />involved the introduction of the MacArthur Place South high -rise residential development <br />to the South Main Street Redevelopment Project Area.
