(b) Property in the care, custody or <br />control of such person or <br />organization over which such person <br />or organization is, for any purpose <br />exercising physical control; or <br />(c) "Your work" performed for such <br />person or organization; <br />(4) "Bodily injury", "property damage", <br />"personal injury" or "advertising injury" <br />arising out of any architect's, engineer's <br />or surveyor's rendering of, or failure to <br />render, any "professional service" when <br />such person or organization is an <br />architect, engineer or surveyor; or <br />(5) "Bodily injury" or "property damage" that <br />occurs after "your work" for such person <br />or organization has been completed. <br />"Your work" will be deemed completed <br />at the earliest of the following times: <br />(a) When all of the work on the project <br />to be done at the Location of <br />Covered Operations shown in the <br />Owners, Lessees or Contractors - <br />Scheduled Persons Or Organizations <br />Schedule has bee completed; or <br />(b) When that part of the work out of <br />which the "bodily injury" or <br />"property damage" arises has been <br />put to its intended use by any person <br />or organization, other than another <br />contractor or subcontractor working <br />on the same project. <br />"Your work" that may need service, <br />maintenance, correction, repair or <br />replacement, but which is otherwise <br />deemed completed above, will also be <br />deemed completed. <br />All other terms of your policy remain the same. <br />CLJBF 22 40 1102 Includes copyrighted matena) of Insurance Services Office, Inc., with its permission.
