Should these studies be determined to be <br />deficient during our review, we will advise the City accordingly, and the applicant will update the <br />studies to address our concerns. No other technical studies or analysis is anticipated to be required. <br />Task 3. Prepare Mitigation Monitoring Plan <br />In accordance with State law, Jones & Stokes will prepare a Mitigation Monitoring Plan (NIIVIP) for <br />the proposed project. The MMP will include all accepted mitigation measures and an indication of <br />the following: <br />■ mitigation measure, <br />■ the project time period to which the measure applies, <br />■ party responsible for implementing the mitigation, and <br />■ method of monitoring. <br />Task 4. Finalize and Circulate Initial Study/Proposed MND <br />Following the Cit 's review and comment on the Administrative Draft Initial Study/Proposed <br />MND, Jones & Stokes will revise the document to incorporate comments as appropriate. We will <br />circulate the Initial Study/Proposed MND for public review to interested parties, as directed by the <br />City. For budget purposes, we will assume reproduction and distribution of up to 20 copies. We <br />will also assume responsibility for posting the Notice of Intent to Adopt an MND at the County <br />Clerk's Office. We do not foresee the need to send copies to the State Clearinghouse. The City win <br />be responsible for publishing any newspaper notices and/or mailing notices to surrounding property <br />owners. <br />Task 5. Respond to Comments and Prepare Final Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />Following the public review period of the Initial Study/Proposed MND, Jones & Stokes will <br />respond to agency and public comments. These responses, along with the comments, will be <br />incorporated into the document and the MND will be finalized for consideration by the City <br />Planning Commission/City Council. Jones & Stokes will provide up to 10 copies of the Final <br />MND. Following adoption of the document we will file the Notice of Detemunation with the <br />County Clerk's Office. We assume that the City will provide the Department of Fish and Game <br />Filing Fee or the No Effect Waiver for filing fees. <br />Task 6. Attend Meetings <br />Jones & Stokes' project manager and applicable technical staff will attend any necessary meetings, <br />including public hearings and project coordination meetings. Our budget includes attendance at a <br />kick-off meeting (shown in Task 1) and two meetings to support staff at City Council and Planning <br />Commission meetings. <br />
