He further encouraged the SEIU to <br />resume discussion with the City representatives on contract negotiations. <br /> <br />Sally Ramiroz, representing the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) <br />addressed the Council and presented petitions signed by individuals in support of a "Bill <br />of Rights" for Santa Ana's part-time employees, and she spoke in support of the <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 317 SEPTEMBER 3, 2002 <br /> <br /> <br />
