SECTION 4. The City Council hereby directs the Parks, Recreation, and <br />Community Services Agency to implement a strategy in a phased approach to develop <br />the Youth and Family Master Plan that will carry out the intent of the City Council. <br />SECTION 5. The Mayor shall sign this resolution and the City Clerk shall attest <br />and certify the passage and adoption of this resolution and it shall become effective <br />immediately upon its approval. <br />Adopted this day of <br />2007. <br />Miguel A.
