The parties entered into an Agreement dated July l, 2006, ("said Agreement") by which <br />Orangewood Children's Foundation, was to provide education, training and employment <br />programs for economically disadvantaged youths for entry into the labor market ("said <br />program") through June 30, 2007. <br /> <br />B. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to extend the term for six months. <br /> <br />Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the <br />terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 3, TIME PERIOD OF THE AGREEMENT, shall be deleted in its entirety and <br />replaced with the following language: <br /> <br />This Agreement shall commence on July l, 2006 and all duties arising under this <br />Agreement shall have been performed by December 30, 2007. The term ofthis <br />Agreement may be extended by a writing executed by the Executive Director of <br />the Community Development Agency and the City Attorney. <br /> <br />2. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in <br />full force and effect. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Third Amendment to <br />Agreement on the date and year first written above. <br /> <br />Patricia E.
