To this end, the City seeks <br />Vendors who are able to meet the qualifications set forth herein and can show themselves <br />qualified to complete the scope of work. <br />3.0 OVERVIEW OF THE CITY`S TELECOMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE <br />The City of Santa Ana's Telephone system network currently serves 36 operating locations <br />through a Pacific Bell network configuration of local, Tie (T-1) and OPX lines. The existing <br />telecommunications infrastructure consists of the following 32 telecommunications systems: <br />• Six (6) NEC NEAX 2400 IPX (8800) PBXs <br />Page 9 of 43 <br />
