Description of Work - In the space below, describe the program to be funded during the 12-month contract period. <br />What specific activities will be undertaken during the contract period. Only the <br />viewable space will print. <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Scope of Work <br />Orange County Bar Foundation <br />Stop Short of Addiction-Spanish (SSOA-SP) <br /> <br />Stop Short of Addiction-Spanish targets Orange County Latino youth, ages 12 to 17, who are in the early stages of <br />drug use and have come in contact with the juvenile justice system. PARENTAL PARTICIPATION in the program is <br />mandatory. PROGRAM ACTIVITIES include providing youth and families with: <br />1) Clinical intake assessment-2-hours <br />2) Three intensive program sessions-12 hours total <br />3) Family therapy- one-hour sessions for up to 12 weeks, as needed; and <br />4) Case management/referral services-as needed, to link youth and families to additional substance abuse treatment <br />and health services. <br /> <br />Schedule of Performace <br />Estimate the number of ONLY unduplicated Santa Ana residents to be served by the funded program during the 12- <br />month contract period per quarter. (Enter number of new Santa Ana clients served each quarter.
