Arteaga, Alex Vega, <br />Susie Franco, and Glenn Stroud <br />Mayor Pro Tem Alvarez introduced a motion, seconded by <br />Councilmember Tinajero, to refer the matter to the Parks & Recreation <br />Board. <br />Council discussion ensued.
