All information is inputed into the <br />academy's dance program system. This system keeps track of each student's personal information, classes, attendance <br />and tuition, Students will also be placed in an Excel Worksheet File that will keep track if survey information. <br /> <br />All bookkeeping is completed at the academy and then forwarded to the Congressional District Programs' accounting <br />department for their input. COP will provide the academy on a quarterly and annual basis Income and Expense reports <br />and Balance Sheets. Funds received from CDBG will be posted with its own line item number and expenses for <br />programs funded by CDBG will also have their own line item number, This will keep track of monies from CDBG. <br /> <br />Every child will receive the opportunity to perform in the academy's recitals along side professional artists. Children will <br />perform in the academy's Winter Recital and Annual Recital. The World Fusion Ensemble will perform for schools and <br />events. <br /> <br />Returning students will be placed at their appropriate level of dance class. New students will be placed in beginning <br />level dance classes, unless they have previous experience in dance. Progress Report Cards are given to each student <br />twice a year In order to keep track of their progress. These report cards give detail information to parents about their <br />child's progress and whether they pass or fail. <br /> <br />Exhibit A-1 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
