INSURANCE NOT ON FILE ~~-ORK MAY NQI PROCEED FpK OF COUNCIL D~-TEAUG 3 1 2001 FIRST AMENDMENT TO GRANT AGREEMENT O: Police C27 ~l~ B , THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO GRANT AGREEMENT is entered into on August 20, 2007, by and between Community Service Programs, a California non-profit corporation ("CSP") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"). RECITALS: A. The parties entered into Agreement A-2007-052, dated March 5, 2007, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which CSP has operated a domestic violence victim advocacy program. B. The City has been awarded additional DVVA grant funds, a portion of which City desires to pass on to CSP to provide continuing services. C. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to increase the Compensation to extend the program for an additional six-month term. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 1, PURPOSE, shall be amended to increase the DVVA grant funds available for disbursement by $33,683.00, for a total amount of $92,973.00. A-2007-210 2. Section 4, DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS, shall be amended to increase the allocated funds to $92,973.00. a. Section 4.A. shall be amended to extend the time during which services may be provided from June 30, 2007 through December 31, 2007. b. Section 4.C. shall be amended to read, in full: "C. SUBGRANTEE agrees to submit requests for disbursement fifteen (15) days after the end of each calendar quarter during the term of the AGREEMENT. The dates for the requests for disbursement are: 1. July 1, 2006 through January 31, 2007 2. February 1, 2007 through March 31, 2007 3. April 1, 2007 through June 30, 2007 4. Julv 1, 2007 through September 30, 2007 S. October 1, 2007 through December 31 2007 3. Except as herein amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
