PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Gary Boatwright spoke against the "barking dog" ordinance; Eric Gregory <br />noted that he wanted to support the unsolicited handbill ordinance which <br />was tabled. <br /> <br />Alex Vega, Stanley Fiala and Lisann Martinez brought up general matters <br />within the City's jurisdiction. <br /> <br />Roy Alvarado raised concerns about activities occurring on property <br />between Bewley and Figueroa streets. <br /> <br />George Estrada spoke against providing services to immigrants who are <br />illegally in the country; Carlos Castenada spoke in support of immigrant <br />rights. <br /> <br />90.B.
