Insurance certs and exhibits <br />Dear Lucy, <br />Attached are signed pages of the new agreement between the City of Santa Ana and Display <br />City, Inc. <br />One interesting note is that my company Display City, Inc. provides a great deal of specialized <br />services, lighting, design, installation, electrical, fabrication, removal, annual storage etc. <br />Because of this I use a small network of specialized contractors that I personally manage. Very <br />similar to a General Contractor one might say. For the lighting installation, service and banner <br />installations I use a company called Exterior Products, Inc that has worked with me for five <br />years. My liability insurance is for Display City, Inc as I am always on the job and the workers <br />comp on these projects will be from Exterior Products, Inc. We have this same setup last year <br />and I do the same with several other neighboring cities. I just wanted to point that out <br />because it is slightly unique. <br />Please call me if you have any further questions.
