It is our understanding that the proposed project would involve the development of 136 for -sale multi -family units and approximately 7,600 square feet of office space over two levels of parking, which includes one subterranean level at 601 North Parkcenter Drive. The approach detailed in Section II (Scope of Work) of this proposal identifies thepreparation of an Initial Study, which would be utilized as the supporting analysis for a Mitigated Negative Declaration. Based upon our review of available project information and discussions with City staff, we have developed a greater understanding of the project and potential environmental issues. We believe that our background with similar projects and the experience of our team members are key attributes that we offer to the City for this project.
