We feel we are especially qualified to provide these services to the City <br />of Santa Ana Department of Planning and assure you that it will command the highest priority in <br />our firm's many commitments. I will serve as the Project Director for these assignments and will <br />be responsible for all technical and administrative issues associated with the project. Messrs. Pat <br />Gibson and Tom Gaul will serve as the primary Project Managers and will monitor day-to-day <br />activities of our staff.
