The state may at its discretion recapture funds obligated <br />under this exhibit, if expenditure plans are not being met. <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />PROGRAM NARRATIVE <br />These funds are being incorporated into your Program Year <br />2008-09 Subgrant Agreement to support the Workforce <br />Investment Act (WIA) Dislocated Worker Program. The funds <br />in grant code 501 consist of 1st round funding and are <br />available for expenditures from July 1, 2008 through June <br />30, 2010. Second round funding is in grant code 502 and is <br />available for expenditures from October 1, 2008 through <br />June 30, 2010.
