From the preparation of full-scale environmental documents associated with large infrastructure <br />projects to the review of various technical studies on behalf of City staff, our team has provided services at all levels of the <br />government. We trust that this experience is communicated in the following personnel summaries. Additional information on <br />all personnel is available on request. <br />�# Court Morgan — Project Manager <br />Education: <br />MEP/2000/Environmental Planning <br />BA/ 1 993/Environmental Analysis and Design <br />Court Morgan is a Project Manager/Senior Environmental Planner with over 12 years of experience. He has provided <br />technical environmental planning and Permitting services for a variety of surface transportation and infrastructure projects. <br />Court has coordinated and managed several such projects to meet requirements set forth by, CEQA, NEPA, Caltrans, FHWA, <br />FAA, FTA, and various other state and local regulatory agencies. He also has extensive experience with land use inventory and <br />impact assessment and mitigation planning, federal and state Clean Water Act (CWA) permitting, Section 4(f evaluations, <br />socioeconomic/ environmental justice impact assessment, and traffic impact assessments. <br />2 <br />
