The parties entered into Agreement # A-2007-037, dated February 5, 2007, <br />(hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided graffiti analysis <br />and tracking services. <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />amend the compensation clause to reflect the agreement of the parties. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />First Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation, to a total <br />not to exceed amount of $85,000 to pay for services and equipment provided pursuant <br />to said Agreement. <br /> <br />2.
