To accomplish this, the City plans <br />to bring together a broad base of stakeholders, including youth, parents, <br />and City, school district and business leaders, to work in a collaborative <br />process of strategic planning. This multi-year planning process will be <br />facilitated through the City's Youth Commission. <br />In addition, an important product of this process will be the development <br />of a Youth and Family Master Plan that identifies the needs of Santa Ana's <br />youth based on data and on community input, establishes a set of public <br />goals and priorities, and develops recommendations that will effectively <br />respond to the needs of Santa Ana's youth. This plan will assist in the <br />development of effective strategies to support the City's commitment to be <br />a catalyst for the positive development of young people. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />ZG <br />Gerardo Mouet, <br />Executive Dire for <br />Parks, Rec and Com.
