Council also set a public <br />hearing for October 15, 2007 to consider the vacation. Staff recommends <br />the public hearing be continued until November 5, 2007. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />request is not considered to be a project.
