The first proposal is from Mestre Greve to complete a noise study per the <br />scope of work provided by Jones & Stokes for a total cost of $3,000. The second <br />proposal is from Lawson & Associates Geotechnical Consulting to complete a geology study per <br />the scope of work presented for a lump sum contract amount of S2,500. <br />Mestre Greve is already on the City of Santa Ana's "approved" list and with Lawson we have <br />included a Statement of Qualifications for your review. We're confident you will find that their <br />qualifications shall meet or exceed the City's requirements. <br />Thank you for your consideration in allowing us to present these two proposals and we look <br />forward to finalizing this EIR at the earliest opportunity. <br />Re a <br />David A.
